How to Combine Photos on one 8x10 Print
Upload your photos
Drag and drop your photos into the Make Contact Sheet workspace. They will load instantly without uploading to any server.
Select an 8x10 Print Saver Template
In the sidebar, choose one of the 8x10 Print Saver templates (e.g., Two 5x7s, Four 4x5s, or Eight Wallets).
Adjust cropping and fit
Ensure your photos look correct in their frames. You can toggle between "contain" (show the whole photo) and "cover" (fill the frame).
Export at High Resolution
Click Export and choose PNG or JPEG. Make sure the scale is set to 300 DPI to guarantee a sharp print at the lab.
Print and cut
Upload the exported 8x10 image to your preferred photo lab. Once printed, simply use scissors or a paper trimmer to separate your photos.
Standard 8x10 Photo Print Dimensions & Quality
An authentic 8×10 photo print has an exact aspect ratio of 4:5 (8 inches wide by 10 inches high). For lab-quality photo prints at Walgreens, CVS, or commercial labs, the digital canvas must output at exactly 2400 × 3000 pixels at 300 DPI (dots per inch).
Make Contact Sheet automatically renders your composite layout at full 300 DPI. Because all resizing and compositing happen locally in your browser's memory, your original image quality is completely preserved with zero compression artifacts or loss of detail.

Print Saver FAQs
How do I save money printing multiple photos on an 8x10 sheet?
Pharmacies and photo labs like Walgreens or CVS often charge a premium for individual 5x7 or 4x5 prints, but offer cheap 8x10 prints (especially with promo codes). By combining two 5x7s or four 4x5s onto a single 8x10 image before printing, you pay the 8x10 price and can simply cut the photos apart at home.
Are the exports high enough quality (300 DPI) for photo labs?
Yes! Make Contact Sheet exports at full 300 DPI resolution. When you select the 8x10 page size and export, the resulting image has the exact pixel dimensions required for a crisp, professional print at any photo lab.
Will this work at Walgreens, CVS, or Walmart photo centers?
Absolutely. The exported JPEG or PNG is a standard 8x10 aspect ratio image that will upload perfectly to any online photo printing service or kiosk.
Do I need to download an app or create an account?
No. Make Contact Sheet runs entirely in your web browser. There are no downloads, no accounts, and your photos never leave your device.
